A new poll from the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research shows growing public skepticism toward the effectiveness of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs, with only one-third believing they reduce discrimination against women, Hispanic people, or Asian Americans, and nearly 30% believing they actually increase discrimination.
